Rates - Minimum stay one week

Prices per week

Spring :                                                         January 5 till May 15                          625.-€

Summer :                                                    May 16 till September 30                     825.-€

Autumn :                                                    October 1 till December 20                   625.-€

Christmas period :                                    December 21 till January 4                   725.-€

Special prices for longer periods on request.

All prices include water, electricity, bed/bath linen, towels (bathroom, pool and kitchen), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning cold / hot and the final cleaning.

Welcome snacks are provided on arrival.

Reservation conditions:

An advance of 25% of the total rent must be paid upon reservation.

The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before departure.

A deposit of 250, - € must also be paid simultaneously with the remaining balance.

If the reservation is made less than 4 weeks before departure, the above amounts must be paid immediately.

If one of the above points is not met, the reservation will be canceled.

The refund of the deposit will be made 14 days after the rental period, on condition that no damage or other shortcomings have been detected, such as excessive energy and water consumption.

If canceled 4 weeks before departure, the deposit will be retained.

If canceled less than 4 weeks before departure, only half of the sum will be refunded.

General information:

Pets are not allowed.

There is a smoking ban indoors in all areas. Smoking on the terrace is allowed.

Various consumer items are available, please refill them before departure.

A baby cot is available free of charge, if reserved.

You will receive detailed directions when making a reservation.

You DO NOT pay a deposit

An extra (full Omnium) insurance against third parties (eg scratching the car, flat tire, ...) you can book extra. This option calls "Super Excess Waiver" and costs +/- 8 euros per day, a carefree return of the car.

Free fast lane service (contract is ready, no waiting times after arrival)

You pay the entire tank extra. This will be fully refunded if the tank is fully returned.

A fair fuel policy if not full on return, every 1/4 tank content is reimbursed at HelleHollis. This is not the case with other rental companies!

FREE 2nd driver

FREE upgrade to a higher (larger) car group if it turns out that the car is too small, or not as desired.
